What data we process

• Orders: name, email, phone number, address, ordered products and services, payment metadata. Basis: contract and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• Shoe cleaning: your phone number and photos of your shoes, which we send by SMS when a pair is received and when it is ready, plus your comments. Basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Enquiries: contact details and message content. Basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Site operation: server log data such as IP address and browser information. Basis: legitimate interest (security).

Cookies and browser storage

This site keeps your cart in your browser’s storage. cleanstudio.lt uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Payment takes place on a Shopify page, which is covered by the ADV Store privacy policy.

Who receives the data

• Shopify: orders and payment.
• Payment providers: payment processing.
• Couriers and parcel locker operators: delivery.
• Supabase: the studio’s work system and pair photos, stored in the EU.
• Cloudflare: site hosting.
• SMS provider: message delivery.

Some providers may process data outside the EEA, relying on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Order and accounting records: 10 years.
• Enquiries: up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. Write to support@advstore.lt. You may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt.
