How to hand over your shoes

Bring them to Trakų g. 4. No booking needed, and you pay when you collect them.

Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 11:00–18:00

From other cities

Order and pay here, then send your shoes by parcel locker. The turnaround starts when they reach the studio.

FAQ

Will my shoes look brand new?

They will be clean. Cleaning cannot remove mechanical damage, cracks or worn-down suede nap.

How will I know my shoes are ready?

We send you an SMS with 4 photos. You then have 24 hours to leave a comment if you want anything looked at.

How long do you keep finished shoes?

5 calendar days free of charge, then €1 per day.

Do you clean UGG boots?

Yes. UGG cleaning costs €45.
